2008 VRU Handbook

Changes to the handbook during the year (not reflected in the handbook until the 2009 release):

1. p 40: Effective in Fall 2008, the RSV mileage rate is changed to 80% of the current IRS rate; the total cap is $275.

2. Various pages: References to voting membership by the RSV on the VRU Executive Committee will be removed, based on a reframing of the VRU/RSV relationship as of 06/21/2008.
