Although it hasn’t been officially announced, USAR registration for 9/1/2021 to 8/31/2022 is open. You can get to the registration site directly by going to https://usarugby.sportlomo.com/.
However, a few things:
1. The “Search by Region” option has been sketchy for over a week, and USAR is not responding to this issue. Just go to the “Search by Club Name” and bring up your club.
