- Change:
- From the period of May 1 to July 31, change Capital dues for new registrants to $10. This will help with incoming college students, new club players, and 7s-only players.
- Discussion and vote
- Discussion concerning the reduction for 7s as well as the retaining of the stipend for 7s teams going to the Nationals.
- Discussion regarding reserve amounts for unused budget items in Selects and Super Regional.

- Coaches: Need to check certs, background checks, SafeSport
- Clubs: Need to pay fees
- Verify schedules once online. Should be identical to what coordinators gave you.

- All positions are elected bi-annually. The next election will be in 2026.
- Referees Representative is appointed by the RSV or PSRFR and is a non-voting position.
- Divisional Competitions Coordinators are appointed by the Competitions Chairs.
