  • Officer Reports (verbal)

    • Change:
      • From the period of May 1 to July 31, change Capital dues for new registrants to $10. This will help with incoming college students, new club players, and 7s-only players.
    • Discussion and vote
      • Discussion concerning the reduction for 7s as well as the retaining of the stipend for 7s teams going to the Nationals.
      • Discussion regarding reserve amounts for unused budget items in Selects and Super Regional.
      • Budget accepted with no objections
        • Agreed to reserve unused amounts for Select Sides and Super Regional savings for subsequent year(s).
  • New Club Admissions– Margy
    • New River Valley – full (MD3 South team)
    • Rocktown (re-entry) – full (MD3 South team)
    • Roosters – probationary (Social)
    • Flagship – probationary (TBD category)
  • RX – David C/Margy
    • 2025-2026 Registration should open by Saturday
    • Current registration ok through end of August
    • Schedules and Teams will be loaded this week (update: loaded after meeting)
    • All Club Admins: need re-add your Team Admins
    • Games must be reported with 48 hrs of end of match
    • All subs must be entered in the time they entered the game
    • Coaches: Need to check certs, background checks, SafeSport
    • Clubs: Need to pay fees
    • Verify schedules once online. Should be identical to what coordinators gave you.
  • Elections(FYI)
    • No elections.
    • All positions are elected bi-annually. The next election will be in 2026.
    • Referees Representative is appointed by the RSV or PSRFR and is a non-voting position.
    • Divisional Competitions Coordinators are appointed by the Competitions Chairs.
  • New Business(All)
    • Discussion on urgent need for marketing and fundraising (Dan)
      • Goal is to generate $100K/year
      • Will be forming a working group
